We are a small team and every book passes through our hands. The fastest way to reach us is by email: hello@mebook.com. We usually reply within one business day, Sunday to Thursday.
1. Support
For any question about the service, the creation process, or which package fits you — email hello@mebook.com. You can also use the chat in the corner of the site; anything the chat can't resolve reaches us by email.
2. About an existing order
So we can find your order quickly, include the email address you created the book with and the name of the child in the book. If you received an order number or a link to the book, add that too.
3. Shipping, cancellations and returns
Shipping policy, production times and the terms for cancelling or replacing an order are set out on the shipping and returns page. If a book arrives damaged or wrong, write to us and we will take care of it.
4. Privacy, photos and deletion requests
We process photographs of children and we take that seriously. Any request to access, correct or delete the data we hold about you — including the photos you uploaded — goes to the same address: hello@mebook.com. We will handle it and reply within 30 days at most.
